Here at WebKraft
we have several service options.
In store service:
- There is a minimum bench fee of $50.00. This is for diagnostics and/or
estimates for repair.
- We will troubleshoot your problem in the store at an hourly rate of $60
per hour. The remainder of the time is billed on a
30 minute basis. If we work for 1 hour and 30 minutes you pay only that amount.
- We will install most components we sell for
$25.
- Installation of components not purchased here will be billed on our normal
hourly rate with a $50.00 minimum.
- We fix most systems the same day. When we are backed up we get you fixed
and running again as soon as we can.
- We stock a fair amount of parts and in most cases, we have the part you
need to get you computing again fast!
- If we order parts they are usually here in 2 days depending on
availability and shipping location.
On-site service and Training:
- Every hour on-site will be billed at $75 per hour.
- Time after the fist hour is billed on a 30 minute basis.
- I will travel up to 10 miles one way for service calls at no additional
charge. If you live outside this radius I charge my on-site hourly fee
for a one way trip. If it takes me an hour to get there and an hour to get
back you are charged one hour of on-site time. There is a $35.00 minimum
fee.
- This rate applies to all on-site service such as repairs and training.
WebKraft.net installation and training
- As a service to my customers I will travel up to10 miles one way to setup
a WebKraft.Net Internet account. The charge is $50 per hour for the
setup and training. It takes about an hour unless I encounter problems or
the customer requests additional help. If any other repairs or
troubleshooting is done at the time of the installation the normal on-site
rate will apply. As mentioned above, if you are outside my normal
coverage area I will charge for travel as stated.
Web Hosting
- Domain name registration for $15.00 per year
- Domain name parking for $5.00 per month
- Web Hosting packages starting at $19.95 per month with 1GB
of space and 10 e-mail accounts.
- Hosting server is Linux based and is located in a secure data center.
Online Backup Service
- Back up your data automatically to our remote servers. No more manual
backups or carrying tapes or CD's home with you.
- Send your data securely with 256 AES encryption.
- Restore backups form yesterday, last week, or last year 24/7.
- Plans starting at $19.95 per month
