Here are some of your payment options:

Credit card

Can be paid on monthly basis. Charges appear on your card around the 15th of each month. We ask our credit card customers to please fill out our billing form and send it in or come down to the store and fill one out.

	Debit cards are acceptable as long as they have the Visa or Mastercard logo on them.
	You will be contacted by a WebKraft.net person to verify the credit card information and to be sure you send a signed copy of the billing form to us.

Check:

When starting your account with a check you must pay for the balance of the month you are in plus 3 more as a minimum. For example if you sign up on the 1st of July and pay by check you pay for the remainder of July plus August, September, and October for a total of 4 months. If you wait until July 31st you pay 3 months and 1 day minimum. You will be billed on a quarterly basis thereafter on the first of the month prior to your service expiring.

Multiple month package:

If you pay in 6 or 12 month increments you save some money on your service. Total cost for 6 months is $109.95, 12 months is $209.95. You save a half a month at six ($18.33 per month) and a month and a half at twelve months ($17.50 per month).

Once we have you signed up you have several installation options to choose from:

	If you bring the system to WebKraft we will configure your system to get online and check your mail *FREE* of charge.
	Print out the instructions form another computer to set up e-mail and dial-up access.
	The last option is for a technician to come out your location and set up your dial-up account, e-mail, and web browser program. We will train you on how to use each application and make sure the connection is working. As a service to our customers we charge *$50* per hour for our time. It takes about an hour to complete the installation and training if there are no difficulties.

Please be aware!!!

Invoices are sent on the first of the month and are due by the last day of the month.
Credit cards are billed between the 15th and 20th of each month.
If you are invoiced you will receive the bill according to the length of your subscription (no less than quarterly.)
If payment is not received by the last day of the month the service will be cancelled the next day.
A $10.00 late fee will be imposed when your account is suspended for lack of payment
A fee of $15.00 will be imposed if any account is cancelled and reactivated due to lack of payment.
The 10 day money back guarantee only applies to first time customers.
